マグネットロジック（以下「本アプリ」）は、Nonoko Studio（以下「当方」）が提供するパズルゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 収集する情報と利用目的
広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは広告配信のため Google AdMob を使用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、IPアドレス、端末情報等を収集します。
クラウドセーブ（Firebase）
ゲームのデータをお使いの Google アカウントに紐づけて保存するため、Google Firebase（Authentication / Cloud Firestore）を使用しています。
- 収集する情報: Google アカウントのID・メールアドレス・表示名（サインイン時に Firebase Authentication に登録されます）、ゲームのデータ（進行状況・設定・極光石・購入した特典やきせかえ等）
- 利用目的: 機種変更・再インストール時のデータ復元
- クラウドセーブは任意の機能です。サインインしなくても本アプリは利用できます。
- 「プレイデータを消去」を行った場合、元に戻せるよう、消去前のデータを7日間クラウドにも保管します。7日を過ぎると削除されます。

アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス for Firebase）
本アプリの改善のため、Google アナリティクス for Firebase を使用して利用状況を測定しています。
- 収集する情報: 画面の表示、問題のクリアやヒントの利用などの操作、購入の記録（商品・金額）、エラー情報、端末の種類（機種名を含む）・OS・言語、おおよその地域（市区町村程度まで）、アプリごとに割り当てられる識別子
- これらは Google アカウントやお名前とは紐づけていません。
- データは最長14か月保持され、その後は自動で削除されます。
設定値の配信（Firebase Remote Config）
ゲームバランス等の設定値を配信するため、Firebase Remote Config を使用しています。配信のために、アプリごとに割り当てられる識別子（Firebase インストールID）を使用します。
アプリ内購入
アプリ内購入は Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理されます。当方がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得することはありません。購入した商品の情報は Google Play から受け取り、特典の付与と「購入の復元」に使用します。
端末内に保存される情報
ゲームの進行状況・設定は端末内（ローカルストレージ）に保存されます。これらは当方のサーバーには送信されません（クラウドセーブを利用している場合を除く）。「プレイデータを消去」を行った場合、元に戻せるよう、消去前のデータを端末内に7日間保管します。
2. 通知
本アプリは、デイリーパズルのリマインダー等のローカル通知を送信する場合があります。通知は端末の設定またはアプリ内の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
3. 第三者への提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。上記のサービス提供者（Google）による情報の取り扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層のみを対象とするものではありません。13歳未満の利用者から故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
5. データとアカウントの削除
マグネットロジック（Nonoko Studio）のクラウドセーブのデータとアカウントは、次のどちらかの方法で削除できます。
アプリ内で削除する
設定 →「クラウドのデータを削除」（サインイン中のみ表示されます）。クラウドに保存されたデータと、Firebase Authentication に登録されたアカウント情報が、その場で削除されます。
アプリを使えない場合
お問い合わせフォームから、「データ削除の依頼」と、サインインに使った Google アカウントのメールアドレスを添えてご連絡ください。確認のうえ7日以内に削除し、完了をお知らせします。
削除されるデータ
- クラウドに保存されたゲームのデータ（進行状況・設定・極光石・購入した特典やきせかえ・消去前データの一時保管分）
- Firebase Authentication に登録されたアカウント情報（Google アカウントのID・メールアドレス・表示名）
削除されないデータ
- 端末内のデータ: アプリ内の 設定 →「プレイデータを消去」、または本アプリのアンインストールで削除できます。
- Google Play の購入記録: Google が管理しており、当方では削除できません。広告オフ・プレミアム等の購入済みの商品は、同じ Google アカウントで「購入の復元」を行うと再び利用できます（極光石で手に入れたものは戻りません）。
- アクセス解析・広告のデータ: 個人を直接特定しない識別子で集計されており、保持期間（アクセス解析は最長14か月）を過ぎると自動で削除されます。
6. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

Magnet Logic ("the App") is a puzzle game provided by Nonoko Studio ("we"). This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
1. Information We Collect
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob collects advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google "Ads" settings.
- Users in the EEA, the UK, and similar regions are shown a consent message (UMP) when the App starts. You can change your choices anytime in Settings → "Ad privacy settings".
Cloud Save (Firebase)
The App uses Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore) to back up your game data linked to your Google account.
- Collected: your Google account ID, email address, and display name (registered in Firebase Authentication when you sign in), and game data (progress, settings, Aurora Stones, purchased perks and themes, etc.)
- Purpose: restoring data when you change devices or reinstall
- Cloud save is optional; the App works without signing in.
- If you use "Erase play data", a copy of the data before erasing is also kept in the cloud for 7 days so you can undo it. It is deleted after 7 days.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure usage in order to improve the App.
- Collected: screen views, in-game actions (such as clearing puzzles and using hints), purchase records (item and amount), error information, device type (including model), OS, language, approximate location (up to city level), and an identifier assigned to each app installation
- This data is not linked to your Google account or name.
- It is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Remote Settings (Firebase Remote Config)
The App uses Firebase Remote Config to deliver settings such as game balance. An identifier assigned to each app installation (Firebase installation ID) is used for this.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. We receive information about the items you purchased from Google Play and use it to grant perks and to restore purchases.
Local Data
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our servers (except when cloud save is used). If you use "Erase play data", a copy of the data before erasing is kept on your device for 7 days so you can undo it.
2. Notifications
The App may send local notifications such as daily puzzle reminders. You can disable them anytime in the App or device settings.
3. Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. Google's handling of data is governed by its own policies.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any specific age group. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Deleting Your Data and Account
You can delete your Magnet Logic (Nonoko Studio) cloud save data and account in either of the following ways.
In the App
Settings → "Delete cloud data" (shown only while signed in). Your cloud save data and your account in Firebase Authentication are deleted immediately.
If you cannot use the App
Send a "data deletion request" via our contact form, including the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We will delete your data within 7 days of confirming the request and let you know when it is done.
Data that is deleted
- Game data stored in the cloud (progress, settings, Aurora Stones, purchased perks and themes, and the temporary copy kept after erasing)
- Your account in Firebase Authentication (Google account ID, email address, display name)
Data that is not deleted
- Data on your device: delete it with Settings → "Erase play data" in the App, or by uninstalling the App.
- Google Play purchase records: managed by Google; we cannot delete them. Purchased items such as ad removal and Premium can be used again by tapping "Restore purchases" with the same Google account (items obtained with Aurora Stones cannot be restored).
- Analytics and advertising data: aggregated with identifiers that do not directly identify you, and deleted automatically after the retention period (up to 14 months for analytics).
6. Changes
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on the store page.
